What are the 4 stEps to personal power?
This is arguably the most critical stage of the Path of the Warrior process.
The steps are one-on-one counselling sessions
designed to help you discover your negative self-beliefs and habits and in turn, propel you to an entirely new level of personal fulfillment and power.
Completing the four steps takes commitment, work, and sacrifice as does every path warrior walks. For some, the process takes a day; for others, it can take many consultations.
This stage is dual focussed - Firstly we work closely with you in shaping your short, medium and long term life goals.
Secondly, we take a look at your life story in a completely new light - uncovering your subconscious core themes, harmful habits, unhelpful language and self limiting behaviour that have stopped you from knowing your potential.
This is also known as the mirror stage. In this stage you will be able to clearly see how your thoughts, words, decisions and actions have created the life you currently lead. You will learn how to negotiate shame, turn it into forgiveness and create a new sense of responsibility so you are able to move on.
By creating a whole new set of thoughts, behaviours, action, language and habits, what were previously seen as weaknesses are now turned into strengths. We script a brand new story, a story where you have the opportunity to be in command of your life and move towards your potential with unapologetic confidence.
Once you are fully immersed in your new story, we will show you how to embrace being positive without feeling guilty, how to address any downturns and the need to regress to old habits. You will be directed on how to use your new story to define your highest context.... your purpose.
You need to be very careful because you're constantly understanding things and making decisions based on that understanding. You can't see you the consequences of those decisions when you don't understand that you don't understand.
